By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that:
I am voluntarily renting a vehicle from qathet rentals and accept full responsibility for operating it safely and lawfully.

I understand that I am responsible for any damage, loss, or incidents involving the rental vehicle during my rental period unless otherwise covered by optional protection plans I have purchased.

I acknowledge that qathet rentals is not liable for personal injury, lost or damaged personal belongings, or third-party claims arising from my use of the vehicle.

I agree to return the vehicle in the same condition in which it was provided, aside from normal wear.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to qathet rentals’ Terms & Conditions, and I accept all responsibilities outlined in this waiver.
